Caveat: I'm not that good

• I really think writing is a great thing to do.
• I spend a reasonable amount of time doing it.
• I'm also a native speaker of English, so that helps.
• Sadly, I'm not that good at it.
• I can write coherent text, but there are a fair few people who write better than I do.
• Obviously, I still need to improve.
• I do a fair amount of reviewing and that helps my writing.
• Perhaps teaching it will help me.
• The point is that you want to take my advice with some skepticism.
