Sequential Transformative Strategy

• Cresswell also introduces this sequential strategy.
• In it either qualitative or quantitative can come first, but unlike the prior two, it's guided by a theory.
• This seems a bit poor to me.
• However, Cresswell is talking about planning your method.
• To me, this seems like, I'm going to have this theory and I'll use some methods at some time in the plan.
• So, I think it's a poor plan.
• I also don't see why the other sequential strategies can't have a theory.
