Conclusion of Short Term and Structural Plasticity Lecture

• The standard discussion of plasticity is about the long term variety.
• Structural plasticity has to happen, and it's not entirely clear how.
• I think the bioligists actual had evidence of short term plasticity before they had evidence for the long term variety.
• There is some solid evidence that it occurs, so it should be considered in simulations of neurobiological behaviour.
