Multi-Valued CAs

A CA becomes less active over time.
This differential activation is done with a bit of a neural kludge and is a main topic of research for us.
The instance CAs have counter neurons that run down via a interactions between synaptic firing and fatigue.
This means the system can tell how long an instance has been active.

When the noun and verb instances are on they send activation to the subj and object bar two rules.
In this case the VP->NPsubj VP rule wins.
This is done by differential activation with more activation coming from the more recently activated verb.
