Conversational Tutorial Agent
- When John Cook was here, he and I started discussing
a conversational tutorial agent.
- We got Gill Whitney on board and submitted an EPSRC grant,
that got rejected with positive comments.
- We resubmitted it and it just got rejected again.
It looks like we got turned down because we asked for
PhD students not RAs.
- The basic format was as usual with the middle bits expanded
- NLU
- intention decipherer
- goal manager
- pedagogy manager
- intention generator
- NLG
- We thought about this a lot, and probably could have
managed it.
