Pass Through Topology
- With this robot, we used a simple pass through topology.
- It's an instance of Braitenberg's first type of robot.
- Input is prepresented by three sets of neurons, one for each of the
IR sensors.
- The more the sensor is activated, the more neurons that
fire.
- Similarly, there are two sets of motor neurons. The more of
these that fire, the faster the appropriate motor goes.
- If the left motor is going faster than the right, then the robot turns
right, and vice versa.
- We don't go in reverse.
