Neural MIRTO

To some extent this is what I've done. I've rengineered the software so that it runs on simulated neurons.
We've been using this neural model for almost twenty years now.
Among other things it is used to implement a virtual robot, that has a really good cognitive model of natural language parsing.
It also learns categories as well as standard machine learning algorithms.
