Speak To Your Audience
- Speak to the level of your audience.
- If they know things, give them a brief introduction to orient them.
- If they don't know things, you have to tell them.
- This can be tricky because you don't always know your audience.
- Also, your audience can have a mixed background.
- You can take advantage of interactions with the audience to
see what they understand. (This is really important when teaching.)
- Of course, the interactions can really mess up your timing.
- You can also do a bit of research about your audience before hand.
