Conclusion of the Cell Assembly Lecture
- I think CAs are very important for cognition.
- They bridge the gap between neurons and psychology.
- They can be reverberating circuits of firing neurons,
and when they are they're in short term memory.
- They are learned via Hebbian learning, and when they are learned
they become long term memories.
- They're poorly understood.
- For this week, have a read of my CA Review Paper. It's got good
references to other papers you might want to look at.
