Neural Cognitive Science

• I think that people (and animals) think with their neurons.
• I think the best way to get to full fledged AI is by understanding how the brain does it, and copying it.
• I think understanding how the brain works is about understanding how the neurons work (and maybe a bit of glia and other stuff).
• I think biological experimentation is really important, but
• I think we need to simulate to really understand things.
• We can do this at a lot of levels including neurons, small groups of neurons, large groups of neurons, and with agents.
• Does any of you disagree with any of these statements.
