Conclusion of Nengo, Taylor Series, and Other Neural Systems Lecture

• There are a lot of ways to do computations with spiking neurons.
• Nengo is good because it's quite parallel.
• The balanced net approach may actually lead to a nice understanding of at least some biological calculations.
• The question is not can you do a calculation with spiking neurons ? If you can do a calculation you can do it with spiking neurons.
• Instead the question is how does the (or a) brain do a calculation?
