Conclusion
- There were two parts to today's lecture. The first, the introductory
component, gave the outline: knowledge representation, search,
machine learning, biological neural simulations, and applications.
- The mark is dependent on a course work, building a connect 4 game.
- The second component of the lecture was knowledge representation.
- We talked about logic, rules and inheritence.
- We also talked about uncertainty and process.
- Finally, we noted the expressiveness tractability trade off.
- The reading for today is Chpt 12 (but Chpts 6,7,13 and 14 would
also fit) and the reading for search for next
week is Chpt 3.
- How do you represent a connect 4 game?
