Updating the Case Base
- As a system is used, it produces more cases with answers.
- Can these just be chucked in to the casebase?
- The problem is, the answers may be wrong.
- Keep the new cases and answers, but have an expert evaluate them,
or let the real world answer them.
- (In the case of the bank loan, see if it is paid off.)
- If the expert says many of the answers are wrong, you may want to
fix the system.
- If he says they are right, then you can add them.
- Note that there may be a change in the real world. (Bank
loans may change.) The original cases are invalid.
- Also note that different experts may give different answers.
