Processing with Neurons

• People do all of their processing with neurons.
• How can we do processing with simulated neurons?
• We don't know all of the details about how people process with their neurons, but there is some evidence.
• Moreover, we've used simulated neurons enough to know that given enough neurons, you can program anything that can be programmed.
• Neurons are Turing complete.
