   - People use central pattern generators to move.
 
   - These are neural circuits that go through repeated 
       patterns.
 
   - Lots of this resides in the spine and lower brain.
 
   - That's how we can walk.
 
   - There is a lot of work in using spiking neural simulations
     to generate this kind of behaviour in robots.
 
   - Other bits of neurons modulate these CPGs, so they can be very
       flexible.
