A Simple Description of Agents
- There are lots of ways to define agents, but for this class
I think we can use something like:
- a relatively sophisticated entity in a game.
- The user is certainly an agent, but that doesn't really concern us.
- What we care about is the other entities.
- Adversaries and indeed assistants in a game need to be coded.
- A good way to do this makes use of the concept of agents.
- The key here is autonomony. The agent acts on its own.
- The miner, and indeed Elsa, from lab2 were agents.
