Simultaneous Goal Pursuit

• While a single goal may be decomposed, the agent may also want to pursue different goals simultaneously.
• Goals may change due to the environment.
• For instance, the agent may want to get to a room, but when someone shows up shooting at him, a new goal is added.
• Somehow the system has to cope with these dynamic goals.
• It is entirely possible to give goals importance and urgency values.
• Of course some of these goals may be contradictory.
