Parsing Cognitive Model

What's cool about this system is that it works,
it's with spiking neurons,
and it's a cognitive model.
The cognitive model is timed correctly (based on neural firing and psycholinguistic evidence from eye tracking).
It generates the right semantics.
It deals with PP attachment correctly.
It's not the best cognitive model (e.g. no back tracking and incredibly poor coverage).
It is however the best neuro-cognitive model of parsing (no one else has really done it with proper neurons).
