Attractor Dynamics
   - It turns out, as I'm slowly finding out, that a CA net is a
       type of attractor net.
 
   - The most commonly known type of attractor net is a Hopfield
       net.
 
   - There's a really good book by Dan Amit Modelling Brain Function:
       the World of Attractor Nets on this topic.
 
   - You can use mean field analysis to find the capacity of a
       net, and the size of the attractor basins.
 
   - They don't really understand how learning works.
 
   - They don't really understand about fatigue. 
 
   - They don't really understand about sparse patterns,
 
   - but for categorisation of a single input, this
       theory can really help.
