Conclusion
- Theta = 2.2, Decay =1.12, Fatigue = .045 and
Fatigue Recover = .01, yield a FLIF model that
accuratey predicts around 90 perecent of the spikes.
- Note this is for primary somatosensory rat neurons. Neurons
from other animals, areas, and of different types almost
certainly differ dramatically.
- We now have motivation for changing the fatigue model (slightly).
- I've now changed fLIF to FLIF.
- We now have relatively sound support on the biological front for the
model we are simulating.
- This has been submitted to a conference (IMCIC), but it's still under
review.
