Evaluation Function

Notice that I've already said the best parents several times.
What makes one member better than another?
So far in the code, it has been that the digits are higher.
One thing that's cool about the GAs is that they are a general search mechanism.
If you just change what makes one member better than another, the same system works.
That is, you can change the evaluation function and in a lot of cases, the system will find good aswers.
