A Proto Neuro Cognitive Architecture

So, I think I can just combine the static associative memory stuff with
the rules
and have a proto neuro cognitive architecture.
The rules will be close to (e.g.) Soar rules,
and the associative memory will be close to the (e.g.) Soar associative memory.
It won't have learning, but we could put in neural systems that did learn in separate systems.
We might then make a couple of neuro cognitive models, and see what's good and what's bad.
