We tick a lot of boxes

This proposal ticks a lot of boxes for the overall HBP.
Firstly, it does exactly what the specific call asks for. It implements a novel computing paradigm; and it is a generic circuit concept in spiking neurons.
Secondly, it fits in to a lot of the operational objectives.
It implments a simplified version of a brain model.
It furthers understanding of CAs.
It builds point models for simulating brain areas.
It builds neuron-cognitive models.
Moreover, it is a generic platform that could be used to build more complex agents.
These wouldn't have to be just FLIF neurons.
