Cell Assembly Formation
- One thing that I don't understand is Cell Assembly formation.
- I know a few things about it, but I don't have a solid theory.
- There is a solid theory of CAs based on attractor net theory,
but it as far as I know, it doesn't include CA formation.
- They generally use a Hebbian calculation to store N-bit patterns.
- I'd like to figure out how topology, spontaneous activation,
learning rules, and other parameters affect CA formation,
neural recruitment, and CA fractionation.
- I'm mulling this over in my head. Any ideas?
