What Should an Associative Memory Do?
Aside from the CABot cognitive mapping, some work is being done with a cognitive model of some priming data.
Things an associative memory should do:
Learned memories
One-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many associations
Context sensitive associations
Types and tokens
Short-term varying strength memory
Long-term varying strength memory
Long-term varying strength association
Forgetting (or loss of access)
This seems incomplete.
