Importance of Neurons
- The approach is based on neurons, because we're pretty confident
that neurons are what people use to think.

to learn.
- We can simulate them pretty effectively.
- We really need to figure out how they work together.
- There is a question about what model is the best.
- We're relatively agnostic about this but have been working with
fatiguing Leaky Integrate and Fire neurons.
- fLIF neurons are relatively simple and efficient to simulate,
are Turing complete, and real neurons do everything fLIF neurons
do.
