The Experiment
- We are trying to solve the compositional concept problem.
- We generate a random net that will learn two types of
primitives.
- It is presented with elements of the primitive category and
learns them.
- Then, the net is presented with a pair of each type.
- It binds them together,
- it can retrieve them.
- Then, using spontaneous activation, it erases the binding.
- The network is then reused for other bindings.
