Calculating with CAs

Humans do more than categorise. Humans also calculate.
The scientific community does not really have much of an idea of how to calculate with neurons.
One thing that humans do is calcuate.
As CAs are the neural basis of concepts, and concepts are constantly used in calculation, CAs should be involved in calculation.
There are programs that simulate human behavior.
Some (e.g. ACT and SOAR) propose to simulate or be able to simulate all human behavior.
They're called cognitive architectures.
Can we build a cognitive architecture based on neurons?
Both ACT and SOAR (and most other cognitive architectures) are based on rules.
So, if we can implement rules in neurons we'll be able to build a full-fledged architecture.
Rule based systems are also Turing Complete.
