A Transition

If the FSA transits from State 0 to State 1 on input A, then there is a
1. connection from State 0 to State 1
2. connection from input A to State 1
3. inhibitory connection from State 1 to State 0
All connections are one neuron to one neuron within the nets; e.g. neuron A to neuron A, neuron B to neuron B, but not neuron A to neuron B.
The weights are
1. 1.5
2. 2.5
3. -10
You can see that the transition occurs from State 0 to State 1 when A is present.
As A is represented by an instant net, it is turned off.
If inputs come at least 10 cycles apart (3), transitions will work.
