Measuring
- You can automatically measure networks in the CANT simulator.
- We use Pearson's Product to gauge network similarity.
- To do this use the Measure menu bar.
- Set time 1 and time 2 using the standard enter parameter button.
- Then use print correlation.
- Note that this truncates time to the digits as only the 1000 most
recent nets are stored.
- So, if you compare 165 and 65, you should get a high correlation
(~.9).
- If you compare 65 and 15, you should get a low correlation (~.3).
- We've used this as a formal means of comparing nets.
