Urgent
- A good tool I've seen (and used when really pressed) is to make
a 2x2 table

- You can't make too many things urgent or important.
- What things are urgent and important?
- What things are not urgent but important?
- What about the things that are not urgent and not important?
Will you ever get them done?
- You may even have to prioritise within boxes (particularly the
important ones).
- Some times things get less important with time.
- I always feel a bit bad when I haven't responded to something
that's on my list, but it's still nice to delete when the deadline
has passed.
