• Look at the DAGMAR Wiki.
• It seems like a reasonable path that is applicable to some web design.
• Take the user from unawareness, to awareness, to comprehension, to conviction, to action.
• It doesn't strike me as always applicable (does Amazon do this?).
• It does however strike me as a reasonable framework for a website.
