Converting to HTML

• I thought this was a good time to take a document and convert it to hypertext.
• I thought I had a postscript (or pdf) to html converter on my cygwin, but didn't.
• So I googled convert ps to html and pdf to html.
• I got http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html, where it send mail the pdf to pdf2html@adobe.com. That didn't work,
• so I put the pdf on my server, and tried adobe's online submission mechanism.
