• What's really solid in this paper is binding by short term potentiation
• I think this has just fallen through the research holes.
• Standard computational learning makes synaptic weight change permanently.
• This is supported by biological evidence, but show is STP.
• In this case, the changes fade.
• That means a binding can be supported (by association), and then it goes away.
• It's perfect for this task.
• The simulations show it.
