Cognitive Maps for Communication
- To communicate with someone, you have to share (to some degree)
nodes and maps.
- The more similar your maps, the easier it is to communicate.
- So one thing you can do to communicate is develop a joint
map.
- That was part of exercise 1.
- In some sense, this can be used as a qualitative methodology
(maybe I should write a paper).
- Similarly, providing a cognitive map in a document can
help the reader understand.
- The coursework has a component for a cognitive map.
