A New System with Better Basics

Automated test suites.
Better State Machine Class. Moved from 5 to 10 neurons. These have two inhibitory neurons that slow down state neurons that fire too rapidly.
New timer class
Fixed SpiNNaker input so vision input comes in every 30 ms. with a small bit of variance. There is a delay up to 100ms. when new pictures are read.
Re-implemented planning system with timers to improve on binary CAs.
Got a CABot3 running (go to door but not explore) in SpiNNaker.
That was for April.
The basic idea is that this should make it easier to develop new and improved systems, and there is some support from this from the next two pages.
