Rule Based System

Dainius has persevered in modifying the Rule Based System.
He's integrating the associative memory to form a proto-cognitive architecture.
There's a git repository.
Unfortunately, he's got an old version of the State Machine.
So, we need to pull out the rbs bit, realign with the new State Machine, and make a component.
I looked at this a bit earlier in the autumn, and Alberto is looking at it now.
I don't think this is going to be done in December, but it might. We should manage something by the middle of January.
